Never disappoints! I got the choice platter today, chicken, top round and ribs. Sides are Brunswick stew and potato salad. I think the sides are a little small but let's face it, the meat is the star! Always so flavorful and tended. Amazing!! Will eat there and order from there again.

The pulled pork on the Bbq Platter and in the Jumbo Pork Sandwich was great. Green beens were tender and flavorful, cooked with smoked pork. Slice of bread was lightly toasted and heavily buttered, just the way I like it. I will continue to order this on a regular basis.

Bbq Platter
Everything was good but the bbq pork. I've been eating Williamson Brothers BBQ pork since 2017. It has always been great until last night. It was stringy and tough. I had to chop it up with a big sharp knife. Some of it was still too tough to chew. I had to throw away about half of it.
But one bad platter in over 8 years is actually a pretty good record. The Brunswick Stew was a taste sensation. The green beans were tender and perfectly seasoned.
Although I didn't order pie last night, I've eaten it many times before. Williamson Brothers coconut pie and chocolate pie are highly recommended.

I got my pork platter and a fourth of it was just a huge piece of nasty fat. Whoever put that in the barbecue to go should be talked to because they knew it was in there before they put it in the plate. Eating at Williams Brothers over 30 years and this is the worst barbecue I ever got tonight.
