So I'm embarrassed. I thought I couldn't eat a half-pound Icehouse Burger. This burger is an absolute eleven on a ten point scale. I didn't even think I was that hungry, but it was so good I couldn't stop. My wife felt the same way about the Smoked Gouda Burger. I highly recommend Ice House Willie's. I almost forgot the Icehouse Queso with seasoned beef is awesome too.

I tried the Jumbo Fried Catfish Meal at Willie's. It was so delicious! The fish was ffried perfectly. The chips and queso were tasty. I always love the Mexican Street Corn-it is spicy goodness!! Willie's has consistently good food, although I admit to being a fan of their burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. All of their food is fresh and tasty. It is also packaged well too.

I ordered the grilled salmon with macaroni and cheese and vegetables, and it exceeded every expectation. The salmon was smoky but still moist. The macaroni and cheese was still hot. The vegetables were mildly flavored with. I think a tiny bit of garlic and lemon.
I also ordered the bourbon, bread, pudding, and well I usually like my bread pudding, a little heavier on the custard, this is really excellent.
I'm very surprised, honestly cause it's not what I expected from a grill and icehouse, and I will certainly be ordering it again
I was too hungry to take photos so my apologies – and there's nothing left! Given I've been on Mounjaro for over a year, some of you will understand how unusual it is for me to eat that much at one time!

This is not the first time that I have ordered the chicken tenders from Willie's. They are consistently good and large. They don't have too much batter and they don't taste too salty. But the street corn is VERY TASTY. it has crumbles of cheese on top and it's a little spicy, which I like. I also tried the hush puppies for the first time. Although they had a good taste, I thought they were just a bit dry. I'll give them another try to see if they are different next time.

I ate it all before I could take a picture. This is genuinely the first time my food ACTUALLY looked like the picture. In awe, this place has satisfied all my Mac and cheese cravings and the portions were deliciously measured to freaking perfection. CHEAP AND GOOD DELICIOUS
