I ordered French Vanilla coffee but got no creamer.
I also ordered 2 glazed twists and they gave me original glazed donuts instead.
I am very disappointed because I order from Winchell's all the time and this haste never happened.

My food was not packed correctly. My order was out in the open for my driver to just touch on my cup. Had no cover on the lid either.

The muffin is hard as a rock. You can't even bite it
