I called the store after placing order to see if the could do hot lemon pepper since there's no flavor option for it and the did it! The wings came out so delicious!

Customer service here is good but the food is not up to par. The wings are small and although I did not ask for crispy reigns, I always receive them from this location. Crispy is really putting it lightly, it's like some pieces are fried so hard, it's not edible. So I end up having to eat around the wing instead of enjoying it like I intended. The fries are usually good here, crispy with plenty of seasoning. Overall, I won't be ordering again. I want to feel like I'm getting what I pay for, not like I'm wasting money.
