I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing meal and I definitely got extra wings in my box and it was appreciated! My friend's wings were nice and spicy, just how he likes it. The garlic Parm are my favorite.

The cheese fries were coated in a flavorless cheese. The sauce on the tenders had dried and become gummy. Forgot the chicken sandwich from my order.
Overall I am highly disappointed with this location. I've had Wingstop in the past and it was never this horrible.

Ordered some mild boneless wings on Tuesday they were perfect cooked just right and fresh. Ordered them Thursday and they are burnt and overcooked some have a burnt taste. Would be nice if they could have the same consistency

Prior to about a month ago I never had an issue, but recently they've been overcooking my sandwiches, leaving huge spots with no sauce or seasoning, & forgetting my drinks. I'm hoping it's just a temporary thing but it's really upsetting because the store isn't within walking distance, I don't have a car, & doordash prices are marked up so I'm paying more for lower quality.

My order was extremely disappointing. The bag was soaked in sauce, which caused a huge mess in my car and on the sidewalk. The fries were soggy and appeared to be tossed carelessly into the bag. To make matters worse, I did not receive the correct flavor for one of the wing orders.
I accidentally ordered from this location instead of Kempsville, and the difference in quality was immediately noticeable. Kempsville consistently delivers better food and overall execution. I hope this location takes note and improves their packaging and attention to order accuracy.
