great customer service, lady at the counter was so sweet, and the people in the back were funny too. i never had a wingstop this close to home so its definitely an improvement! thank you guyssss. (manager was on point bossin em around)

WINGS WERE RUBBERY AND RAW!! I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE THEM FRIED EXTRA...YOU WOULD NOT KNOW THAT THEY WERE GARLIC PARMESAN. THEY TASTED LIKE PURE SUGAR WITH HARDLY ANY SEASONING ON IT WHATSOEVER! TRIED CALLING THE MANAGER ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES WILL NOT TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I HAVE TO GO THROUGH DOORDASH IN SINCE I DO NOT DRIVE BECAUSE I'M VISUALLY IMPAIRED, I REALLY THINK THIS IS A REALLY BAD SITUATION FOR WINGSTOP IN IN ANNA, TEXAS. THE DOORDASH DRIVER WAS UPSET BECAUSE HE HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN WHEN HE EXPECTED VERY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I WOULD MAKE SURE YOU ORDERED AT THE STORE IN MELISSA THEIR SAUCES THE RANCH THE BLUE CHEESE TASTED LIKE SUGAR. I WAS CHARGED $26 FOR 10 FLAT WITH ONE RANCH AND ONE BLUE CHEESE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

the wings where Great but I ordered voodoo fries two orders they where so hot we couldn't even eat them and I've ordered them all the time from Melissa never that hot ever!

im waiting on a reply. I have to have ranch with my wings. i payed for a regular side. i opted for a large but went back to a regualr because for a 10 peice a regualr is all i need. unfortunately i got no ranch. meal ruined. please fix
