Chicken was salty kinda burnt and the fries were just not good tasted burnt and were cooked in old oil disappointing

It's always good when I order my daughter's 10 Wings mixed I'm talking fresh cooked correctly sauced right. Her order never miss but when I order for the house it's a different story. So maybe they just do better with smaller batches. .
