Rice was not cooked as previously. General tao was more dough than chicken.

You should mention at least main ingredients, like that vegetable pad Thai has eggs. I wouldn't have ordered it or I would have said no eggs. Let customers know what's vegan. Last time I ordered Shanghai noodles, I got noodles and rice. this time I ordered Shanghai noodles and it was a totally different noodles and no rice. Very inconsistent experience. There's room to improve!
