The food has always been so good and perfect. The taste is phenomenal would recommend anybody to eat here.

Since I am a Chinese, I will judge the dishes based on the Chinese standards. MapoTofu and Beef Egg Soup are good, while YuXiangPork and Fried Rice are bad.
Mapo Tofu is good. The seasoning was good, and they didn't break out the tofu. Thus, they successfully kept the texture of the tofu. Furthermore, they use a lot pork to precook, which gives good base flavor of this dish.
YuXiang Pork is bad. The seasoning is wrong because it is only sweet and sour. However, the YuXiang Pork should be Salty and umami.
Beef Egg Drop Soup is good. The flavor is strong enough and the texture is smooth.
House Fried Rice is bad. The rice was not well fried so that it is not spread. And the oil fragrance and eggs did not mix well with the rice.

Portions are smaller than other Chinese places but the food itself was delicious and fresh tasting.

the string beans were extremely salty. portion size were disappointing too
