Food quality was good! However we received the Spicy Mongolian Beef rather than the BBQ buns we ordered. Also the bowl portion seemed small for the price, not just total quantity but the chicken to rice ratio could've been better.

food is cold and nasty. Rice wasn't even cooked! It was hard as a rock! The bao smells like tabacco I was too scared to even eat it but the real topper on this train wreck is that I wasted 120 dollars on two family bundles of this mess and didn't receive all of my food. Save yourself the hassle!

We have ordered hundreds of Doordash deliveries over the past few years, and have never gotten food this bad. The bao was so dry, so bland, and barely even warm. I have eaten Wow Bao from a retail location in Chicago, which was quite good; this was the exact opposite. Very disappointing.

the postickers were pretty good...you can't go wrong, but the teriyaki chicken was not what I expected. the portion was smaller than I expected for the overall dish and the "topping" for my bowl. the chicken seems to be stewed because instead of teriyaki, it was giving Jamaican brown stew. this was enough food for a snack separately, but all together it made a meal.

I wanted to post a picture but I don't see that option. The family meal looks nothing like the menu picture and we were missing one bowl. Each bowl had a tablespoon of meat on the rice. And every item was overly sweet and unsatisfying.
