The Sapporo Miso Tonkotsu was rich and hearty, perfect when I want something comforting. the Spicy Chili Chicken had a bit of heat but not too much. Great flavor!! Will absolutely order this again!

The Sapporo Miso Tonkatsu is the best ramen I've had in Portland!!! I had almost given up on ramen restaurants in this city because I personally have found them to be over hyped and overpriced for average quality. The Tonkatsu broth was rich, creamy, and flavorful. The butter they added to it just took it to the next level. Especially with the corn. The chashu pork was cooked perfectly and had a nice little smokey char on the edge. They put the perfect amount of everything in there and didn't overload it with bean sprouts like other places do. So glad I tried this place! It's going to be our go to ramen spot now!!!

Sapporo Miso Tonkotsu has huge amount of chashu, egg is amazing,perfect spice, could be slightly saltier but is perfect other than that.

The meat was tender and the eggs were delicious. Broths were decent, but not especially flavorful... the Sapporo Miso Tonkotsu, which supposedly had chili flakes and chili oil in it was almost inoffensively mild. No real zip at all.
