The Katsu Don Bowl is my new favorite comfort food! It's the perfect size, you could eat it all for yourself or share it for a light meal. I reheated it 2 days later and it was surprisingly still moist and tasty. Highly reccomend trying it! If you're lookingfor crispier katsu I'd reccomend the plate or to ask for your meat on the side as the breading may soften in transit.

The Black Knight Ramen and the spicy Miso Hot Ramen were so delicious me and my bf loved it. The chili oil was interesting.. we thought it was sweet n sour sauce because of the color but the consistency is more liquid. It doesn't taste like anything and once the oil dissolved on your tongue you got a nice little kick of flavor. The portion sizes were really filling, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely be reordering the Black Knight Ramen. Adding more wood ear mushrooms and adding fried tofu was my choice. Hopefully we'll go dine in soon.

Wu Lan taphouse is delicious and a must try. Its arguably the best resturant in Oceanside and a must try. We celebrate every high and even some lows with Wu Lan. Over the course of two years we've maybe eaten in twice and ordered to go in resturant. This was my first time using DoorDash to order from this resturant and my first disappointing meal. I'm kind of worried now that they have new owners, they had new younger workers who were kind but obviously not equipped to working a front desk. They didn't seem comfortable with reciprocating feedback that simply deals with the task at hand.
We order the same thing every single time curry chicken udon and Oyakodon with the fried tofu.
We were celebrating so this time added some buns. I noticed that the menu looked limited, I actually never saw the Oyakodon on the ordering menu through doordash. I usually add a side of udon noodles or rice plain but they dont have this option. I made a note for a side of small rice. I arrive at the resturant and this is the weird part that qualifies for one star. The front desk worker starts disputing that its on the doordash website as a side. I had no problem paying for the additional side of rice I even left a tip for $3 rice.
The food was different. The meat was thin. Beyond paper thin. We actually found it to be unpleasant and I settled for a Tonkatsu - Pork Cutlet because I could t find whI actually wanted. They also served potato salad.. Thatsa not to common and corn? I hte corn a

portion size is great, the broth was very flavorful and just the right amount of spice. They were quick to make the order and it tasted very fresh. Definitely would order again.

We've eaten here and Door Dashed from WRTH so many times but something was off with this order. The sides of broccoli and carrots literally had 2 pieces of each veg. The other serving sizes seemed small also. I hope that this was a one time occurrence. We spent a lot of money.
