Every tantalizing dish they create has the goal of improving health through what we eat. Applying her combined background in traditional Chinese and functional medicine, founder and licensed acupuncturist (LAC) Neka Pasquale chooses each ingredient for its specific benefit, so all dishes are ready-to-eat and ready-to-heal.

All pastries are baked locally and fresh by our wonderful partners at Gluten Free Baking Company, Pan Del Bario, and Plantiful Kitchen.

We are delighted to feature Portfolio Coffee Roasters. Our espresso blend, Fazenda Cachoeira, is a Brazilian medium roast boasting notes of orange and cocoa. Drip blends alternate between La Quebrada, a Nicaraguan light roast with notes of jasmine, almond, and molasses, and Igna Aponte, a Colombian dark roast with notes of sugar cane and winey. Teas are brewed using premium Brandywine Coffee Roasters blends.
