The fish is, without exaggeration, the freshest Each piece feels intentional perfectly cut, delicately seasoned, and balanced. There is nothing in Orlando that even comes close to comparing to the quality in this restaurant. By far, the best sushi I've ever had in my life. Were hooked.

Last time I ordered ate here the quality of fish was better. This was not the same quality.
The quality and cut of fish is not worth the price. I don't know if it's a different chef, but it's not a good as before. A piece of fish is hard and can't be chewed . It was cut too close to the spine.
