Biang Biang Noodles were great.
My husband doesn't like fatty pieces of meat and there were some chunks of lamb like that but easy to pick out. Spice level was perfect and the noodles were tender, chewy and long. You cant tell these are fresh. Also had the Cumin Lamb Flatbread （孜然羊肉夹馍）which is always good. The bread reminds me of doner kebab bread/pita which is a great vehicle for the spiced meat. The Marinated Cucumber （麻酱拌黄瓜）were just ok. Felt they could use some salt.

Noodles were soggy-missing a lot of meat. Other Xi'an location's Biang Biang Noodles are better.

It's my first time in the area and was craving any Asian cuisine. There's a good variety of dishes to choose from. I had the stir fry thick noodles with beef, and it was delicious.
