I spent a few weeks in Xi'an and the food is spot on and amazing... the biang Biang Biang Noodles with Ginger Scallion Sauce were so good and the Pita Bread Soaked in Lamb Soup was so so good too

All of the meat was so chewy I had to spit out half of it... the Chinese Hamburger was good, just kinda freak out by the lo mein meat....

Food was terrible.Worse Chinese in the city.
Hot and Sour soup had a weird funky aftertaste,ribs lacked flavor and no sauce, chicken with string beans were overcooked until it was pulverized.

Not quite a worthy replacement for Xi'an Famous Foods in Philly, but they do have a lot of different dishes
