The SJB are so tasty and similar to the street ones in Shanghai! A bit expensive but for something I can't make at home, worth it.

I have tried the 10pc Shrimp and Pork XLB, 10pc Pork XLB, and the 5 SJBs. Everything has been amazing. Especially the 5 SJBs!! They are juicy, flavorful, and slightly crispy while also being very soft. I plan on ordering these every time I order from this restaurant.

XLB way way way too salty. SJB didn't have yeast-risen poofy dough, so they were more like overly moist soggy pot stickers. SJB also shouldn't have soup - that's why there are soup dumplings. The SJB were good to try but they should be called something else.
