I got the C8. Chicken W Broccoli C8. 芥兰鸡 and Biang R5. Biangbiang Noodle R5. 油泼面 with beef delivered.
Both were outstanding.
Well above your average take out place.
The chicken with broccoli had plenty of chunks of chicken instead of the usual thin slices, and nicely cooked broccoli. Nothing was overcooked or seemed oily, and the sauce wasn't the typical brown sauce. It had a very subtle heat and slices of fresh garlic without becoming a garlic sauce .
The noodles were great. You could tell they were hand made, chewy and thick and nicely spiced. The beef I got with it was almost unnecessary. It had a good flavor and texture, but the highlight was the noodles. Only thing is you need to try to mix them a little to get all the delicious oils and spice on the bottom as well! Extremely filling.
I was staying at a nearby hotel and would definitely order from there again!

My new go-to place for L3. Cumin Lamb / 孜然羊肉 . Recently, I've had several versions from different Houston restaurants that are underwhelming with the cumin, and spiciness, generally. Xiaolong did not disappoint. In true Sichuan style, delivered the right amount of Zanthoxylum ("flower pepper"), Capiscum (chili pepper), and Cumin, with other spices, cilantro and aliums playing a supporting role. Delicious and memorable! The B6. Chili Oil Wontons (Pork 6 Pieces) / 红油抄手 (猪肉 6个) are mildly spicy with a slight peanut note, and also delicious. Will order from this restaurant again!!

I got the egg rolls and the noodles. The noodles had good spice to them. The beef was very tender. Door dash took a long time so the food was cold when I received it but it was still good.

They have a photo of xia long bao style dumping on their menu, but what I got was shumai dumplings, wouldn't have ordered it if I knew. Also Mapo Tofu container spilled its oil all over.
