Fresh fish, high quality and quantity for a great price. Delicious Salmon & Avocado Roll, Spicy Tuna, and Seaweed Salad. Textures were awesome, portions were great.

My wife ordered a variety of sushi and loved it, however, I ordered the tonkatsu and it was extraordinarily disappointing. Very little pork, extremely thin so not tender/juicy/satisfying, far too much Mayo on the cabbage, and unreasonably priced at $20. This felt like a meh $12 plate.

The items were decent and satisfied my craving for sushi, but the amount of fish was the least I've ever seen. The salmon roll had a gaping hole because of the lack of filling, but at least it was slightly more affordable than other places? Next time I'll shell out a few more bucks for a heartier roll.

This was a pass for me. I got the Vegas fear - it was fine. What wasn't fine is it was like $17 for 6 rolls not 8. I guess it's best that they were literally huge and can't fit in your mouth . That take away packaging was cheap and super messy and the flavors were just meh. If you're gonna charge what bamboo charges it better be great and it was barely good.

This restaurant probably gets my order right abou 50% of time. Today I irder the Albacore Sahimi to accompany my Sashimi appetizer plate. They put seared tuna in the plate and then gave me seared tuna again instead of ghe albacore tuna, which is 3 times as expensive. Also the regular tuna piece was super thin and half the regular size. Very disappointing.
