The SALMON ROLL was fresh with large portions of salmon but no avocado as pictured. The CHICKEN KATSU UDON was super tasty and flavorful! I wish they packaged the chicken separately so it didn't get soggy in the soup. They only packaged the noodles separately.

FIRE CRACKER ROLL has a nice kick to it! Loved it more than HOT NIGHT ROLL tbh but all still super yum!! The SALMON TOWER is a huge portion, very delicious. The FATTY SALMON (SAKE TORO) (SASHIMI 4 PCS) was so amazing, super fresh too. I'd buy two orders next time

I apologize for my not so pretty photos, I separated and added the sauces (they include them on the side for each roll). Love this place! I demolished half of my edamame before snapping a pic because I couldn't help myself. They have the best SPICY GARLIC EDAMAME I've gotten anywhere in ATX yet. Their rolls are always delicious and the selection is great, I love the different specials they have. Tonight we really enjoyed the YANAGI ROLL , DRAGON ROLL , and JULIO’S SPECIAL 2 . The HOT NIGHT ROLL is one we've gotten in the past, but was not our favorite compared to the others. The MISO SOUP is alright but nothing crazy.

The sumo roll used to be filled with fish and this time there was barely any fish in the roll. It was mostly filled with cucumber. For $18, it was extremely disappointing.

Expensive and not very good. All the rolls were super large bites, wrapped very loosely. Every time we picked up a piece of sushi it would fall apart. Sumo, yagai, spicy tuna roll all not good. Wouldn't order again.
Avocado bomb was great! Rainbow roll was decent.
