YAN's China did not disappoint. I am a return customer and had to try Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodle. It was excellent. The noodles were crispy fried, kept separate as I ordered online. The Sauce w/Chicken and Veggies you pour over the Crispy noodles was cooked to perfection. The ingredients were all generous, non salty which allows me to season more or add soy sauce if I choose. I must have my Fried Wonton Chips(8 Pcs.) it's a perfect side to any dishes you order, perfect snack for late nights. This order was very satisfying. I will explore other Menu items next time. EXCELLENT! Most impressed with Chicken Chow Mein, very generous with Noodles, White meat, fresh tasting. I also lovemy Fried Wonton Chips(8 Pcs.), very crispy, again freshly fried. Pan Fried Dumplings (8 Pcs) was lightly fried, not soggy. My 3 item order did not disappoint. Im newly moved to Walnut Creek, took a chance at this place with good review. I always cook my meals, self made Chef to my family. I am so pleased with my order, I will be a return customer weekly to treat myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Enjoy!!!

The best Mongolian Beef I have found in the East Bay. The meat was plentiful, tender and delicious. There was no yucky thick sauce. It was melt in your mouth perfect.

Portions were good for the price. Chow Chow Mein was a little bland and needed sauce. Mongolian Beef and Salt & Pepper Baby Pork Chops were delicious. I only received 1 chili oil but they did listen to the extra peppers.

The spicy orange chicken just had a weird taste and was not spicy, the least favorite of the dishes I ordered. The rice was okay, the shrimps were a nice size. I actually got a good amount of food but for the amount I paid I would have rather drive a bit further for better Chinese food. I unfortunately won't be eating here again.
