The food is fresh (like Nana cooked it), you won't find better testing food within 400 miles. But the packaging of the food needs work.

the app was a little faulty and the worker called me to adjust my order with price paid I thought that was excellent customer service . I didn't get your name but thank you for the call and your amazing help you guys are great keep up the work and the food was 💯💯💯💯 flavorful. amount was very generous!!! ya missing out go order

I absolutely love this food and this is my go to place every single weekend. But for the first time ever I was really disappointed. I know it may seems petty, but I love everything about my jerk chicken plate when everything is on it. However, after digging in and assuming my sides were probably buried under the chicken. I discovered i only had a plate filled with dry rice all over it, no gravy how it normally comes, no cabbage, no plantain. Just a plate filled with dry rice & beans and Jerk Chicken. I paid 22$ for this plate on DoorDash and was very upset for the first time ever. I wish they would've communicated with me prior to the delivery to give me an option to switch my meal. Better luck next time I guess

I was charged for a 1. Jerk Chicken and did not receive it. The store then closed on door dash making a re delivery not possible. I had to call door dash for a refund. I also ordered a large 5. Oxtail and received a small. I feel the store was running out of food, and just gave me whatever was left. I also didn't receive the 6. Chicken Soup. They should have not confirmed the order if they were unable to fulfill it. Unprofessional
