The Birria tacos were not what I was expecting but they were good. The Tater Tots were also good too

Nico with YellowBelly cared enough to go out of his way to ensure my order was delivered smoothly. The tosada (with pulled-pork) was excellent in flavor & texture. The street corn was the perfect side kick addition. (I don't think street corn at this quality level is available anywhere else on Maui.) I ordered items AS IS - but for me, just a couple of little things: I didn't need/want as much pulled pork on the dish and the cream portion to the corn was way over the top too. (I'll order "less" next time.) Nevertheless, in my opinion, YB is DA BEST Mexican grub on the island, no question. We will be ordering everthing on their menu in the days to come. Their strawberry lemonade with chunks of real/fresh actual strawberries tasted quite addicting too. I only wish they were open more often than just their weekend farmers market days & hours. Well, I suppose you have to be patient and plan for the good stuff in life. (Re: Image of food- I had to take a few bites before taking a pic!)

The Nachos was stale of crunchy and it looked like they used fake cheese and the Greeks were just big pieces of romaine. The ramen was alright. The lime was very strong but it wasn't bad. And I was missing the quesadilla.

It tasted pretty authentic and good size. I loved the taco combo with 3 different flavors.

I have 3 stars for the strawberry aqua Fresca. Our vegetarian Burrito and Tacos were made up of 90% corn, not a single grain of rice anywhere and maybe 1% beans. Not what I expected nor wanted.
