Delicious, but lettuce was used in place of chives in the R4. Shrimp with Chives Rice Noodle Roll 韭黃鮮蝦腸粉 . Hefty portion (def enough for a meal) with big and juicy shrimp. Sauces came packaged separately, which was smart.

Excellent soy B2. Hong Kong Style Tea with Condense Milk 茶走 and soy B7. Fresh Made Soy Bean Drink Hot (Limited Daily) 熱鮮磨豆漿 (每天限量）, you could taste that they were freshly made, instead of by powder or syrups. The R5. Marinated Pork and Beef with Chives Rice Noodle Roll 鴛鴦腸粉 and other rolls were delicious as well.

BEST OF THE BEST ⭐️ This Yin Ji Chang Fen Place has the best pork congee and best chang fen (rice noodle wrap) in this world. It is like the best congee from Hong Kong and better. I have to tell everyone that, this chef really cooks the congee with the ingredients. They do not just mixing them on top like other chinese congee place. So good ...... So much flavor. This is gourmet food. Again, I love our DoorDasher, he is the best, Fast and Friendly every time. Our congee and rice noodles are hot and perfect upon delivery. You are such a handsome & kind Dasher. Thank you so much.

BEST salted porridge ever had.
The chef really knows how to cook. The porridge is rich with flavor and the lean meat bouncy. The base is thick with rice aroma but no rice can be found inside as they're all perfectly melted into the soup.
I would recommend pairing with watercress add-ons, which adds more layers to the taste.

Very very disappointing! Use of lettuce instead of advertised chives makes the dish very wet and bland. I was really looking forward to this but feel like it was a big mistake. Shrimp are smaller than in photo. Pork is not bbq and maybe not even pork. Looks like beef.
