I ordered the 2 lb with Build Your Own Hot Pot (2.0lb 自选麻辣烫) (Beef Bone Soup) (16 Items). I added up to the maximum 16 items and each ingredient was well rounded. For me, the meat was plenty and the quality of the ingredients were great. I did struggle to order some ingredients because the names were confusing. Like the bok choy ended up being napa cabbage. Also, I noticed they don't have all of the items online that they offer in store. Overall, the hotpot was cooked perfectly and tasted great! Will order again.

Tried their Build Your Own Hot Pot (1 lb自选麻辣烫) (Beef Bone Soup) (8 Items) hotpot this time and loved it! Generous portion, flavorful soup, and everything tasted really fresh. My first order from them (the dry hotpot) wasn’t the best experience, so I'm glad I gave it another shot!
They went above and beyond with my dipping sauce request—I asked for a few extra ingredients, and they packed way more than I that. Everything was packaged with care, which I really appreciated.
Only minor thing is the soup was a bit oily for my taste, but that’s probably just personal preference since I like sipping the broth on its own. I’ll just ask for less oil next time.

So excited that Yin Tang is on DoorDash! Their delicious broth and variety of ingredients is so good! The bowl was so generous, had left overs for the next day. My only wish is that the Chinese doughnut was an option for deliveries. Will definitely order again soon.

I ordered a dry pot with 8 items, totaling 1 pound. When it arrived, more than half of it was dry bamboo. And it tasted sour and did not seem fresh.
