• 5/15/24Love this place for tasty soup, food stays well during delivery depending on what ingredients you pick. I also like to go in-person since you get to select more ingredients per soup, but the wait can be long during peak hours so takeout is a great option. I like that they separate the soup from the rest of the cooked ingredients so they don't get soggy or overcooked, and that they give you a nice bowl to pour the soup into and eat out of. Great choice for a cold night or whenever you're in the mood for hot pot!

• 1/28/26Ordered two bowls, same ingredients, but one was significantly heavier than the other one. Both tasted weird. Not worth the money.

• 5/25/26All the sauce and hotpot broth spilled out. We ordered 2 Tom Yum hotpots, but when the Dasher arrived, both had collapsed. He said the restaurant handed them to him that way. It wasn’t his fault — it happened before he picked them up.
