Love this place for tasty soup, food stays well during delivery depending on what ingredients you pick. I also like to go in-person since you get to select more ingredients per soup, but the wait can be long during peak hours so takeout is a great option. I like that they separate the soup from the rest of the cooked ingredients so they don't get soggy or overcooked, and that they give you a nice bowl to pour the soup into and eat out of. Great choice for a cold night or whenever you're in the mood for hot pot!

Ordered two bowls, same ingredients, but one was significantly heavier than the other one. Both tasted weird. Not worth the money.

All the sauce and hotpot broth spilled out. We ordered 2 Tom Yum hotpots, but when the Dasher arrived, both had collapsed. He said the restaurant handed them to him that way. It wasn’t his fault — it happened before he picked them up.
