Yogurt and toppings were great but they really only give you enough toppings for one cup when I ordere two cups. For the cost, thats a bit stingy.

Second time we ordered from here and the cup was only half full. The middle of the cup was empty. They swirl the yogurt in a circle, leaving the middle empty and closing at the top to make the cup look full.

always delicious. wasn't crazy about them putting the order in a box instead of a bag. the containers didn't have a company seal so the driver had full access to my yogurt which is a little unsettling. most companies use big stickers or something.

I really love the NSA Skinny Vanilly flavor and unfortunately this particular store is the only one around me that carries it...you'd figure since I've spent quite a bit of $ at this store (despite receiving passive aggressive notes on my receipts i.e. "We always fill the cups correctly" as a response to my permanent note of "Please fill completely, TY!") that they would recognize the name and order and just fill the cups. I guess this time they decided to be passive aggressive in their portion size instead.
Treat people the way you wish to be treated is how I live. I let all those little rude notes go, kept buying from them (almost daily!) and this is how being a good customer is repaid (see pic). Very disappointing, must be a franchise with little regard for the brand name.
