The Tonkotsu Ramen is phenomenal. I love ramen and have tried most of the places in and around Portland and this is a standout. The broth is silky and rich without being too salty or heavy. The noodles have a nice springiness and great overall texture. The egg (my favorite topping!) is one of the best I've had. Perfectly flavored and flawlessly jammy center. Will definitely come back and try some of the other options!

The Creamy Tomato Ramen was delicious and interesting! The Pan Fried Gyoza was great with a house made taste and texture unlike so many frozen ones out ther. Japanese Curry Rice hit the spot as did the Tonkotsu Ramen.

The takoyaki was very good. The curry bowl needs some help. Not very flavorful. Could use a couple more curry cubes or powder. I'm judging from the flavor of my Mom's curry so most likely it won't be up to par.

I'm from the east coast and we do NOT get food like this! the Japanese Curry Rice was perfectly seasoned, and the Creme Caramel had the best bittersweet caramel sauce I've ever had!

We just felt like the broth didn't have as much flavor as some of or favorite ramen places in town. It was good, and we will give it another shot sometime.
