The Kimchi Bacon Fried Rice is absolutely outstanding, and it came *extremely* hot and tasty.
* Spicy Tuna is prepared with big chunks of tuna and not the spicy tuna mix that looks like it's been put through a food processor like you tend to get at some other places.
Nigiri was all really tasty as well.
This place seriously knows what they're doing!

Everything was fresh and delicious. The red samarai was my favorite - perfect blend of flavor and the jalapeño gave it a nice crunch. Everything was pcled nicely and they went the extra mile to label everything clearly.

The salmon was fresh and the portions were generous! The Menchi Katsu was also tender and delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

* Poke didnt justify the $17.00. It's just fish with onions and a very small portion. The store forgot our bacon fried rice. The best part of the meal was te Seaweed Salad and the * Rainbow roll. The Shrim Tempura wasnt as good as we have had in the past.

I ordered since there isn't any good sushi in Brighton and I didn't want to leave the house. I'm honestly shocked how fresh everything was. The tuna had the perfect texture, they gave plenty of ginger and soy sauce, they even taped my box shut with a label. The fish didn't have that weird fish smell either, which I was kinda expecting honestly. I am going to start ordering here instead of going to sushi hai or Hana matsuri where I usually go. Even my add-ins to my rolls were a good size. The salmon was great, I usually dont like it from most places because of the texture but this was perfect. The cost is very normal and well worth it. Happy to finally have an amazing sushi place up north.
