I am not sure who the chef was today but WOW!! Food was amazing! I've dined here many times before but today the food was perfect, starting with both Spicy Miso LV2 and Spicy Miso LV1, the egg was not over cooked and with the tenderness of the ramen. But the Crunch Salmon Roll was the best ive ever had! The salmon was grilled with a the right amount of char; they didn't skimp on the amount of salmon - it was the perfect blend.

I received a house salad instead of a chicken salad. My salad was supposed to have avocado, tofu and almonds: all missing cuz it's the incorrect salad. Did not receive any salad dressing nor the sauce that comes with my 2 orders of chicken karaage. The chicken karaage pieces were so small. The Tonkotsu Miso was underwhelming.. super bland. Paid almost $60 for subpar food. Truly disappointing!

The jalapeño bomb was FIRE! The Crunch Fire Roll was also top knotch. I enjoyed the Tonkotsu Spicy Black it was the perfect amount of spice. My bf ordered the Chicken Ramen and the dasher spilled his ramen soup, so we're not able to get the full ramen experience. Loved the appetizers too! This was my first time ordering from here, despite the dasher issues, I'd gladly order again!

Literally everything in my order had a problem. Never had a problem with other locations. Here I I ordered 2 drinks, no drinks came. Ordered 2 orders of gyoza, didn't include dipping sauce. Ordered ramen, didn't give enough broth for even half the ramen, maybe 2 ounces. Ordered spicy beef bowl, it was 90% rice with a single piece of beef. Will not be ordering at this location again. Other locations I've never had problems.

The spicy miso LV2 was definitely spicy but lacked in flavor. The krokke smelled like it had been fried with fish but tasted okay. The egg rolls were typical egg rolls. The gyoza was better after I squeezed lemon over it. Overall it was all okay but not something I would eat again.
