I will not return to this place again. This is the second time in a row that our simple order is wrong and missing items. Disappointing at best. Management doesn't seem to take customers input or requests seriously. Requested a call never heard back.

The broth was extremely oily and was extremely separated upon delivery. I also ordered an extra egg and there was not one added. The black garlic oil tasted almost burn which is very unusual.

Cheap and stingy. Soup is half the container. Rice is partially filled inside the bento box. The katsu is 50% batter. An entire entree wasn't fulfilled by the entree and left the dasher and myself in a bind. Stay away from this place.
