The Tonkotsu Spicy Black ramen was delicious! The ramen is more authentic than other South OC restaurants. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Had delivered to my door.
Had two orders of sushi, the first, grilled eel was quite good.
2nd item was blue fin tuna, 2 pieces ($17.00). The fish is fresh and a good portion for the traditional 'pair'. Had good flavor, but complaint is that it was very sinewy. Could not bite the piece in the middle at all. The second piece had about a third of the sinew , but the rest of the piece was good. For that kind of money would have expected better.
For a main course had the pork ramen dish. Really good noodles, two good size slices of pork chasu.
Very good flavorful broth. Would definitely recommend

The ramen is always good here! Not a fan that you can't make adjustments and take off the toppings in the app when ordering but is what it is. Ordered a Sunset Roll and a little scared to eat it? I've never seen fish that dyes the rice a different color, is this fake tuna?? Not sure. Won't be eating it out of precaution so that's a waste of $18. And they forgot to include the dipping sauce for the Chicken Karaage

This was my first time trying this place and it was awesome. The Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna was GREAT, the texture/portion/taste was one of my favorites I've had. Fish was fresh as well, I will be back!

Ramen broth was flavorless and disappointing. We could not tell the difference between the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen or the Tonkotsu Black Ramen broth, they were both bland and unseasoned. No black garlic oil was in the black Tonkotsu Black Ramen. It was expensive and not worth the money unfortunately as we were hoping for a great Ramen experience.
