• 12/29/23Food was very dry my Gyoza was over cooked and extremely crunchy the ribeye was old as if it was left in on the steam table to long the chicken was tough and burned the only thing that tasted good was the Tokyo Fried Chicken bad experience over all and I love yoshinoya this was very disappointing

• 8/23/25This is the third time in which the Habanero Mayonnaise sauce is not included in the order, when ordering the Tokyo Fried Chicken. Also the veggies are missing as well. Sometimes they get it all done correct and others, they miss items. For the amount someone has to pay, it would be greatly appreciated if you didn't have to wonder if 'They' will get the order done correct this time around.
