• 8/26/24Everything was delicious, large teriyaki chicken plate, Thai boba tea lid wasn't sealed properly and they forgot my apple juice. Chocolate chip cookies and strawberry cheesecake were fine. Not a good look for the Monrovia, So. CA location. ⭐⭐

Everything was well-packaged and very tasty except that someone at the Monrovia, CA location keeps adding 20 condiment packets of each, ginger, Sriracha, soy sauce and red pepper flakes when I didn't request any. It costs the company more money and then the cost trickles down to the consumers. PLEASE read your tickets and if requested, don't add 20 packets of each, 2 or 3 packets should be plenty depending on the amount of food ordered. If there weren't any condiments requested, don't add any. It also makes the bag that much heavier and I just toss them out. SMH..... 🤦🏻

• 7/9/25This time and last time I ordered from the Monrovia, CA location the rice was very skimpy compared to previous orders. It's as if they used the same quantity as their small chicken bowl and just put it in a larger container and call it a "large" size teriyaki chicken bowl. The boba quantity in the boba Thai milk tea was also skimpy compared to previous orders. Prices went up, but quantities went down. Not a good look. • 12/12/21I've been going to Yoshinoya for many years. Always get great food from there. Always order a large beef and a separage Beef ONly. You get alot of food and the extra beef helps that out. Give them a try. You won't be sorry !!!!!
