very inconsistent, brisket was dry, inconsistently cooked and sauce was very different from other times we've ordered. Quesadilla was burnt and again very dry. Overall definitely very dissatisfied with product after spending so much

Holy cow an actual BBQ joint in Easton area that knows what theyre doing. Ive been to Texas, Oklahoma, Nashville, KC and Chicago. I've had great BBQ. This is up there. The smoke is perfect. Coulda used a side of sauce for the brisket, I like good sauce and theirs is top notch, but no complaints. The baked beans were great. Not too sweet and perfectly cooked. And the Mac and cheese was different than ive ever had and awesome. Not creamy like you think it will be, but amazing just the same.
I'm super stoked about this place. Great first order. I'll be back for sure.

Got the brisket cheesesteak total rip off. It was the size of a hot dog roll for $20. To top it off the brisket was dry and hard to chew. Very disappointed.

Typically, I absolutely adore their Fried Pickles, but I was extremely disappointed this time. They were completely burnt.
