well done!! the crab is nearly perfect! i assume you used a higher temperature. you should offer steamed pork blackbean in a large size. wonton soup is good...you should have a few more scallions.
Soup dumplings perfect.
i expected sliced bbq pork on top of rice though. otherwise awesome.
youre my fave now you fixed the crab... now just fix the rice!!

Shanghai Style Steamed Pork Dumplings/上海小笼包 are tiny, less than 1/4 of my palm. not worth $3 per. Hot & Sour Soup/酸辣汤 is great, a real hearty meal. Steamed Custard Buns/奶黄包 are delicious, not too sweet, just right. Roast Pork/烧肉 not much of it, fills the bottom layer of a container, for $20 not worth it.

We ordered a fried rice and it turned out SPICY. My kids could not eat it. The roast pork was burnt, and there was hardly any meat on the duck. The white bait were nice and crispy. Really disappointed that was one of our favourite restaurant.

As usual the roast pork was absolutely delicious, as was the roast duck
The Wonton Soup/云吞汤 was easily the most delicious, flavourful soup I have had . Will definitely order again

Deep Fried Won Ton/炸云吞 tasted bitter they looked like there were cooked before. The BBQ Pork Buns/叉烧包 tasted soapy. Not impressed
