I was very disappointed that my order had not even been started when I arrived to collect it at the advised time. The staff apologised that they hadn't noticed the online order come through & I waited another 1/2 hour for it to be ready. The chicken & sweet corn soups that I had ordered for starters were flavourless. The rest of the order was very good.
