They put paper under the dumplings, which got stuck on the dumplings. Kalbi was greasy and charred bitter.

Unfortunately, my experience here was that the Pork & Chive Pan-Fried Dumpling (8)Pan Fried Pork Buns (6) were overcooked and tasted charred. Not enough soy sauce in the world could have saved these. Don't trust Pan-Fried anything from here, they don't have it down.
