• 11/27/24Order was incomplete upon pickup and the staff did not communicate that they changed my order. Donuts are so greasy; only got 2 instead of half dozen

• 4/12/26They changed my order of the Breakfast Combo and they refunded part of it, but when I went to pick up, I was able to buy the extra items separately anyway, but had to pay more. Just seems like a scam when they could have just kept my order the same. Also the Ham, Egg, & Cheese had no taste to it.

• 12/20/25Asked for two bar donuts, assuming they'd know to make them chocolate as that's the popular favor they have for those donuts. They gave me maple, which tasted like straight chemical and was stale. My fault, but wow.

• 9/21/24Half Dozen Donuts were not made fresh. Ordered at 4:30 am & They taste as if they were from the day before. Dry & stale. This isn't he first time they get rid of their old batch of donuts with door dash orders.
