The Soft Shell Crab is prepared with consistency and care. Crispy and the sauce is mildly sweet. The accompanying salad is fresh and the house dressing is yummy. Rice is slightly sticky and overall, this dish is well rounded. Also, I find that the Miso Soup at Yummy Sushi is one of the most flavorful I have ever tasted.
We order this appetizer regularly along with a cup of soup. It's delicious and satisfying as a meal.
