This was the first time I had eaten Zack's and it WON'T BE THE LAST! The roast, field peas and fried tomatoes were delicious. The meat was so tender and juicy. I had heard from others that this restaurant was good and now I know it to be true.

We order a lot from here. Recently things have not been the same, we never get our ranch, sometimes we will get less chicken Fried Chicken Fingers than usual, sometimes when I order for the children they will get 2 tenders sometimes 3, sometimes they get bread sometimes they don't, twice they have forgotten our fried pickles, shake because the food is actually really great! It taste great, always fresh, and we still order it because we like it. I hope they see this review and start taking the time to make sure all items are accounted for in the future.

I got the pot Roast plate, it was so tender. I also got the Peanut Butter Cake and peach cobbler. It was so buttery and warm. Good portion size, I actually ordered it two day in a row.

Very poor presentation. Missing food I paid $16 for a Fried Chicken Fingersplate I got 2 tenders ! There's no way . And the French Fries not even a handful . Zacks have went down since re opening. Definitely will not order again
