• 3/1/26Less than a wet cup of rice (isn't fresh, it's sticky like left over rice from the night before) that doesn't taste polite. Was expecting like other venues to actually add decent amounts of leafy greens and vegetables, but with the amount I wouldn't call a healthy portion. Paid for extra chicken, and that isn't what I'd call extra... I personally wouldn't order this again.

• 8/27/24It's usually excellent, but tonight's order was disappointing. The black rice wasn't cooked properly, and I didn't get the extra guacamole that I ordered. Overall, there wasn't anywhere near the quantity of ingredients that there usually is in a signature bowl. I really hope this was a one off because it's one of my favourite places to grab an easy dinner.

• 2/21/26Big Classic Burrito was great but the Small Classic Bowl was missing half the fillings,sadly not the first time this has been an issue
