The Big Classic Bowl had rice that was undercooked and crunchy, and was barely filled to the top of the bowl, with plenty of space in the lid. If you're not gonna fill it, why have a domed lid?

The guac we all got was just whole, huge pieces of avocado. The rice in our Signature Bowl and Classic Burrito was mushy.
