Chicken Bao First of all, the portion of chicken is HUGE! Also tender, perfectly crunchy crust, and flavorful. The bao bun was very fluffy. I appreciate Zash for packaging each component separately so the sandwich doesn't arrive soggy. I should order from Zash more often, I have yet to be disappointed.

The fried chicken bao buns were amazing! The chicken was perfectly fried and juicy. Also got a pork bowl with Spanish rice and pickled red onions... THAT PORK. So tender. 100/10 will order again.

SO MUCH MEAT in the Pernil Bao, made it worth the price. It tasted so delicious. Can't waitto try more stufffrom Zash.
