Very disappointed with this Zaxby’s order. The lettuce and tomatoes were old and not fresh at all. The vegetables weren’t properly chopped, and the cucumbers were not chopped either. The salad looked rushed and poorly prepared. For the price I paid, I expected fresh ingredients and better quality. DoorDash should make sure customers are receiving food that is fresh and properly prepared.

Didn't include my drink and it seemed as though the bag was tampered with (opened a little from the sides). Was able to pull the box from the bag without even ripping the bag, as if someone tried to open it or it wasn't sealed thoroughly. Also seemed as though fries were missing...very little).

Big Zac snack did not have any seasoning on fries and one of the meals I ordered had about 5 fries. What I paid for and what I got made it not worth it.

Zaxby's really went out of their way to toss my tenders in their Buffalo Garlic Blaze sauce and even threw in some ranch. Probably one of the best meals I've had from them so far! Kudo's guys!
