First off I have to commend them for the protection of the food and coverings. Literally covered correctly. The best ive ever had. The food was decent. Fries were a bit overcooked but chicken was tasty

Each time I order from Zaxby's they take 3 xs longer than any other restaurant. They keep the dasher waiting entirely way to long and time is money for them! This isn't the first time.. it's EVERY single time! And they never get the order correct! I will no longer be ordering from this Zaxby's.

I guess it was my mistake but I could've sworn that I ordered a grilled chicken house salad. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone constantly rang until it hung up. I was calling to clarify. It tasty ok forit to be fried. It was just fried entirely too hard.

I called the store and told them no zaxby sauce and they still put it on there....I threw the whole sandwich away
