I absolutely love the veggie egg rolls they are very delicious. They tasted fresh and hot. However, the fries had no seasoning. I ordered a large and it looked like a medium so I was disappointed in that and they were lukewarm. I would definitely order the eggrolls again.

I paid for a 6 piece chicken plate and got a 4 piece. The Cole slaw wasn't in a container like it normally is so there was coleslaw on everything. There were only a half an order of fries in the plate. I don't know if the dasher was hungry and ate out of my plate or what. Zaxbys was a real disappointment this time and it has never been like that. Something needs to be done to fix this.

My door dasher, Jeffrey, was great. He was efficient and followed instructions to deliver my food.
I always eat from zaxbys and don't have a problem with the service. my food and drinks were sealed with freshness.

My daughter got a kids meal and that was fine. Our three Zaxbys™ Spicy Signature Sandwiches were so overcooked they were like jerky and black brown on the outside. Threw them in trash and just had fries for dinner. $27 in the trash. Door dash only gave back $15 of it.

Great price on the 3 Nibblerz® Sandwich however the quality of the chicken in those sandwiches were not great. Will stay away from those for sure
