I was very disappointed in my food from this place. The portion sizes were really small and the food was very bland and unappetizing. the chicken tenders were tiny and were more like nuggets than tenders. the fries reminded me of those fries you would get when you were in Middle School for lunch just kind of dry but also soggy at the same time for some reason and cold. they also forgot all of my sauces as well as one of my drinks. The shrimp were okay I guess and the bread was just bread. I'm just confused as to why I spent 43 dollars on the food that I got because it definitely was not worth it.

Love eating at the restaurant but the cheese fries had maybe 6 shreds of cheese and a tiny bit of ranch... it wasn't really worth the $10... everything else was decent...

my 7 dollar shake was barely filled 3/4 of the cup.. not to mention it had 2inches before plastic top.. but had top also

Zaxby's disappointed me. Small portion of fries (even for the regular size), my toast wash hard and stale, and they gave me the wrong salad dressing. I could clearly tell they 'rushed' my order. Will spend my money elsewhere.

This is the second time I have ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich . The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, however I found the Grilled Chicken Sandwich to be very salty, like it had been sitting in a broth for awhile to keep it warm. The Chicken itself was moist and tender. The fries were tasty and not over salted. I'll give a try again with one of your other offerings
