This is the 3rd time zaxbys has forgotten an item in my order. I ordered 2 nibblerz, fried pickles, and cheddar bites. I was missing my 2 nibblerz. My doordash driver went back to zaxbys to get the rest of my order and the staff refused to give it to her. Instead they told her that I need to get a refund. And the cheddar bites I did order had maybe 6 cheddar bites.

Lemon pepper Wings tasted like old like old burnt grease. Fries were overcooked. I was disappointed. I usually get good food from here. I hate having to throw away food.

Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz
Something was off with the chicken and it tasted mid. The fries were great but I feel like they skimped out on them as there weren't that many.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with No ranch. I still wanted the lettuce and tomato, but everything was removed and it just the bun and meat. Everything else was excellent, overall food was Fresh, I felt like had a good portion so I got my money's worth.
I will order again, just dont forget my lettuce and tomatoes next time please?

My salad was a tad bit small and the lettuce wasn't fresh smh.. but this is the first time I've had an issue with Zaxbys
