The Big Zax Snak® Meal is alwats my favorite. The chicken tenders are always tender and juicy and the fries are always warm and properly seasoned. The Chocolate Chip Cookies were warm and just perfect, nice and crunchy rim with a gooey middle.

I have ordered from this store before. Has always been great. This time is the exception. Ordered two meals for self and spouse. Tenders were tiny. Spouse did not get extra fries. I did not get my cole slaw. No seasoning on fries. Normally, the fries are so good that I don't need ketchup. Not this time.

Great customer service, great food, and always fresh. I absolutely love Zaxby's and with children as athletes this is the only fast food I allow them to eat.
